Sunset Book Group Event

Do you yearn to travel? We love traveling as much as we love flowers, so we are combining both into one VERY SPECIAL EVENT at the farm this summer.
Join us at sunset among the flowers for an intimate conversation between Vogue and Travel + Leisure contributing writer Marcia DeSanctis and Lavinia Spalding, author of Writing Away and series editor of The Best Women’s Travel Writing. Lavinia is also the co-host of the podcast, There She Goes.
They will discuss Marcia’s latest book, A Hard Place to Leave: Stories from a Restless Life – a collection of 37 stories from 16 countries.
Together they will spin us around the globe, from France to Cambodia to Rwanda and back to New England. They will also discuss how the author fashioned a career as a travel writer.
After our book talk, we will set you free in the flower fields to harvest and arrange your own bouquet to take home.
