Community Connections Family Fun Day and Walk

The Community Connections Family Fun Day and Walk will be held on Sunday, October 22, 2023, in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. This fun-filled morning begins with participants walking the Fairhaven Bike Path beginning at the Fairhaven Recreation Center – many in Halloween costumes! Our participants walk to raise funds and awareness for Community Connections and our programs to serve.

Community Connections, Inc. strives to provide life-enriching services that promote optimal independence for people with disabilities. Serving over 800 people throughout the South Coast and Cape Cod using a person-centered approach, we design individualized programs that build on the strengths of the whole person, enabling our clients to live as independently as possible in their community. After completion of up to 2 miles, our walkers join their friends and enjoy fun activities on the lawn. There will even be a Trunk or Treat this year! All of our activities are open to the public regardless of whether they walk!
