Join KJ from ArtsUnkajed for an adult beading workshop at Sea to Believe. During this workshop you will be guided through an evening of connecting, creating, and regulating. Practice using mindfulness to fully engage in a task by creating bracelets, necklaces, or anklets for yourself and others with uplifting messages. Create an affirmation bracelet for something you are working to embody or craft a gift for a loved one. engaging in creative ways of regulating.
Meet KJ
Katherine Jordan (KJ), owner of Arts Unkajed, is an artist, art therapist, and licensed mental health counselor. She began oil painting classes at 8 years old, continued classes through high school and college, and discovered fluid art media in 2018 during her masters program. KJ creates art as an outlet and means to process emotions and life experiences. This Workshop is theraputic but not therapy.
