Join Expressive Arts Therapist Stacia Boynton for an engaging and therapeutic experience designed to help kiddos connect, create, and learn nervous system regulation skills. This expressive arts workshop focuses on jellyfish and incorporates art, movement, and play. Stacia, the owner of Sea to Believe, will guide a small group of children through this creative journey.
When:

Who is This For:
Kiddos ages 5-7 years old who want to learn nervous system regulation skills through expressive arts. This Seatreat is therapeutic but not therapy.
