After nearly two decades in the corporate events industry, Beth McGrath — President of the Board of the Hingham Downtown Association, Co-President of the Hingham Newcomers Club, and a proud South Shore resident — turned her talent for relationship-building into a thriving career in real estate. “My goal is to ensure each one of my clients feels seen, heard, and supported — from our first conversation through closing and beyond,” says Beth. “Real estate is just as much about relationships as it is about property, and many of my clients become close friends long after the transaction is complete.”

Beth’s approach is hands-on and deeply personal. She once worked with buyers relocating to Massachusetts from across the country, acting as their eyes and ears and relaying all the information they needed to feel secure in their decision. Those same clients bought their Hingham home sight unseen, walking through the space for the first time on closing day. “Helping clients navigate such a major life step with confidence is what makes this work so meaningful to me,” she says.

Beth’s process begins with one important step: listening.
