Melissa Pond is a grant writing expert who understands the important steps necessary for nonprofits and entrepreneurs to level up their business. With more than 15 years of experience in federal grant management and a masterís degree in nonprofit management from Northeastern University, Pond set out to broaden her impact and provide more tailored support to mission-driven organizations by establishing her own grant writing and consulting business in 2022. 

ìI wanted to create a platform where I could share my expertise, mentor others, and help organizations thrive,î says Pond, who is also committed to being an active participant in the South Shore community. She has served on the advisory or executive boards of more than 15 local organizations and has been an adjunct instructor in nonprofit leadership for two higher education institutions.
