Book: The Gifts of Imperfection, Brene Brown
We are combining theraputic book reflections, relaxing music, and process art creating during our February Expressive Arts Book Club. Join us to connect, create, and regulate with others using different expressive arts modalities. You are encouraged to complete the book before book club but it is not required! We will be exploring the book through the use of the expressive arts modalities in a creative space 🎵🎨📚🌊
There is no experience necessary for this creative group. Although this workshop is therapeutic, it is clinical therapy. This workshop is facilitated by Expressive Arts Therapist, and Sea to Believe Studio Owner Stacia Boynton, MA,LMHC. Stacia is a licensed mental health counselor with a specialization in expressive arts therapy. Tickets are required.
