In this workshop, you will learn the basics of the acrylic pouring process and paint your own canvas. Acrylic pouring is a fluid art method of painting and creating that dates back to the 1930s. This art process can be calming and results in beautiful intricate details and one of a kind designs.
Katherine Jordan (KJ), owner of Arts Unkajed, is an artist, art therapist, and licensed mental health counselor. She began oil painting classes at 8 years old, continued classes through high school and college, and discovered fluid art media in 2018 during her masters program. KJ creates art as an outlet and means to process emotions and life experiences. This Workshop is theraputic but not therapy.
Sea to Believe is an expressive arts studio providing consulting services, mentoring, and workshops to empower individuals and families to connect, create, and regulate using the expressive arts and movement-based modalities.
