Botanical Expressions by the Sea

Dive into creativity with this Botanical Expressions by the Sea Gathering! Join us for a unique experience of hand crafting your own beaded flower hanger in a seaside studio environment just steps from the coast. Let your imagination bloom as you create items to bring elements of nature inside. In this workshop, attendees will be welcomed to into the Sea to Believe studio, a warm and inviting space inspired by all things coastal. Participants will sip warm tea, connect with like-minded enthusiasts, and let their creative juices flow. The hosts will guide guests in creating personalized beaded plant hangers, potting a new plant from rooted propagated cuttings, and complete mindful reflections. We will also take a short walk to the beach to smell the salty breeze and gain inspiration from the sea. This workshop is led by two expressive arts therapists, Stacia and KJ. While it is not a therapy group, this experience was crafted to infuse mindfulness and the therapeutic power of the creative arts in an accessible way for all.
