Liberty Pole Day at Alden House

April 13 @ 4:00 am - 1:00 pm

Step back in time to experience the life of a soldier in the American Revolution at a military reenactment and living history day.

There will also be a reenactment of Duxbury’s 1775 “Council of War” showcasing three tumultuous days in April of 1775 following the Battles of Lexington and Concord, as Duxbury leaders determined their response to the opening days of the war.

Alden House will be open for tours during the program.

Admission to the event is free; the event is supported by a grant from the Massachusetts Society of the Cincinnati.
