Join Expressive Arts Therapist Stacia Boynton to connect, create, and regulate while learning nervous system seasources. This expressive arts experience was created for kiddos to learn more about the expressive arts through art, movement, and play. Stacia is an expressive arts therapist and owner of Sea to Believe. She will be guiding a small group of kiddos through a creative experience focused on all things octopodes.

Who is This For:
Kiddos ages: 5-7 years old looking to learn nervous system regulation skills through the expressive arts. This seatreat is therapeutic but not therapy.
