We invite you to join our exclusive event on the cusp of the autumnal equinox. Welcome in the new season with relaxation, reflection, and the rebalancing of energy. Our evening will begin with meditation and gentle movement, before moving into a restorative practice with light massage, assisted stretching, and energy work.
