Shibori is a traditional Japanese dyeing technique that involves folding, twisting, or binding fabric before dyeing it with indigo to create unique patterns. This workshop by the sea offers a relaxing and inspiring setting for participants to explore this art form. Join us at Sea to Believe for an afternoon of connecting, creating, and regulating with the expressive arts modalities. This meditative experience combines art, movement, sewing, and music to build awareness of your senses through creativity and connection.
