In this workshop, you will learn the basics of the acrylic pouring process and paint your own terra cotta pot. Acrylic pouring is a fluid art method of painting and creating that dates back to the 1930s. This art process can be calming and results in beautiful intricate details and one of a kind designs. Your pot will be the perfect home for spring flowers or your favorite houseplant!
Katherine Jordan (KJ), owner of Arts Unkajed, is an artist, art therapist, and licensed mental health counselor. She began oil painting classes at 8 years old, continued classes through high school and college, and discovered fluid art media in 2018 during her masters program. KJ creates art as an outlet and means to process emotions and life experiences. This expressive arts gathering is theraputic but not therapy.
