Join Erika Gibson on April 22nd from 8-10am for a mini retreat in a two hour workshop. She has taken everything she loves about a retreat and included it in a workshop in Humarock just for YOU! During this workshop you will experience a variety of modalaties to nourish your heart and soul. This experience includes movement, meditation, breath work, journaling, mandala making, guided imagery, card pulling, reflection and connection ꕀ Sea to Believe Expressive Arts Studio welcomes you on this day to connect, create, and regulate with community! This workshop is theraputic but not therapy

Erika has been teaching yoga for ten years in San Diego, CA and recently moved back to the Northeast to be closer to her family. She is a wife, mama, E-RYT500, YACEP, Personal Trainer, Retreat Curator, Teacher Training Lead and Reiki Practitioner with over 2000 hours of teaching experience. She has trained with Rolf gates, and Annie Carpenter. Under their guidance, she explored yogic philosophy, anatomy, functional movement and meditation. She also went to Yoga Therapy school at LMU where she learned from medical professionals how yoga can be applied in a clinical setting to treat anything from PTSD to addiction to hip surgery recovery.
