Tuesday • June 20th 1-3pm
Join Stacia each Tuesday in June for a relaxing open studio styled workshop. This workshop was thoughtfully created to provide space and time to connect, create, and regulate with self and others. During this time you will have access to watercolor, pastels, and a variety of other materials to engage in a theraputic process art experience. This workshop will be paired with bilateral music and soft lighting to allow you opportunity to settle and relax into your creative side.

There is no experience necessary for this open studio. Although this open studio is therapeutic, this workshop does not provide clinical therapy services. This open studio is facilitated by Expressive Arts Therapist, and Sea to Believe Studio Owner Stacia Boynton, LMHC. Stacia is a licensed mental health counselor with a specialization in expressive arts therapy. Tickets are required.
