Yin Yoga + Acupuncture

Led by Jennifer Jensen, YTT and Dr. Jess Gerber, Acupuncturist

Indulge in a one-of-a-kind fusion of Yin Yoga and Acupuncture. This extraordinary combination is crafted to nourish and fortify both your mind and body, gracefully guiding you through the transitional period of Harvest and preparing you for the reflective season of Winter that lies ahead. During class, we will practice a series of restorative yin postures, each held for an extended period of 5 to 10 minutes. As you surrender yourself to these postures, our skilled Acupuncturist, Dr. Jess will activate specific acupoints, allowing the mind and body to let go, melting away tensions and stagnant energy within. To ensure your safety and well-being, Jennifer will be providing safe and gentle posture modifications as well as guided meditation and breath-work. These transformative practices will cultivate feelings of gratitude, surrender, and an elevated state of being. We warmly invite you to join us in harmonizing mind and body.
