For 25 years, hundreds of thousands of people from all walks of life have traveled to Plymouth Harbor to experience a bounty of authentic Americana. America’s Hometown Thanksgiving Parade features beautifully decorated floats, drum and bugle corps and military bands, classic cars and much more. Floats are designed to represent historical events, honor national anniversaries and celebrate American history. There will also be a special appearance of the Golden Knights Army Parachute Team. Don’t forget to bring canned goods to the parade and when the “Hometown Express” train rides past, you can help fill it up. Food will be donated to local food banks to help feed families in need.
9 a.m. Opening ceremonies begin at the Plymouth Waterfront
10 a.m. – The parade will step off at Plymouth Rock, continue around Water Street to Court Street and end at the corner of Court Street and Nelson. (This is the reverse direction from previous years.)
WCVB Channel 5 will be airing live exclusive coverage of the parade.
Other Waterfront Activities Happening On Saturday:
Craft Beer & Wine Garden
Food Truck Alley
