This can support relaxation\, emotional release\, improved sleep\, and a quieter mind.\nDuring this 75-minute session\, Sara will guide the experience using sound bowls\, chimes\, drums\, tuning forks\, and more. You’ll lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive the sounds. No movement or prior experience is required.\nThis experience is accessible to all and especially supportive if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed\, tense\, or in need of deep rest.\nSpace is limited to maintain a calm\, supportive environment.
