Throughout her career, Bell has been devoted to not only helping her clients, but also to providing educational enrichment to the community. For 20 years she produced an award-winning cable television show, providing guidance and insight into real estate best practices. A top listing agent on the South Shore, Bell has been recognized as one of the “Top 10 Women in Real Estate in Greater Boston” by “The Boston Herald” and a “Power Broker’’ by “The Boston Globe” for many consecutive years.

Bell is particularly proud of her Transitions for Rightsizers program, specifically designed to help homeowners navigate the often emotional process of leaving a cherished home. The program offers a customized bundle of services that can include decluttering, repairs, staging, marketing and more. “It’s a very specific niche and many people need a lot of hand holding. But for me, it’s a way to give back and it brings me a great deal of satisfaction,” says Bell.

About 18 months ago, Bell assembled a team of seven agents and founded The Gail Bell Group, a top-producing team on the South Shore.
