Upon moving to Duxbury 29 years ago, Sibley realized that she wanted to have a career where she could spend her days helping families find their dream homes on the South Shore.

The idea to take this career path had been brewing ever since Sibley was in college and working for a savings and loan institution. “I met my friend Dale and he inspired me to obtain my degree in real estate,” says Sibley. “I went from being an appraiser to working for the FDIC as a review appraiser and asset manager.” Sibley went on to work as a Realtor for 14 years, before obtaining her broker’s license in 2008. In addition to her extensive experience and education, Sibley says the thing that sets her team apart is the specialized services they provide to clients.

“We knock it out of the park with our premarketing process,” she says. “We are the only agency on the South Shore that offers a host of professional network services as part of the commission. That is our secret sauce.”
