Broker/Owner and Licensed Partner at Engel & Völkers South Shore
Tenacity and teamwork are two things that have led to career success for Sheri Sibley, Broker/Owner at Engel & Volkers, South Shore. Upon moving to Duxbury 29 years ago, Sibley realized that she wanted to have a career where she could spend her days helping families find their dream homes on the South Shore.
The idea to take this career path had been brewing ever since Sibley was in college and working for a savings and loan institution. “I met my friend Dale and he inspired me to obtain my degree in real estate,” says Sibley. “I went from being an appraiser to working for the FDIC as a review appraiser and asset manager.” Sibley went on to work as a Realtor for 14 years, before obtaining her broker’s license in 2008. In addition to her extensive experience and education, Sibley says the thing that sets her team apart is the specialized services they provide to clients.
“We knock it out of the park with our premarketing process,” she says. “We are the only agency on the South Shore that offers a host of professional network services as part of the commission. That is our secret sauce.”
Sibley works tirelessly on behalf of her clients and her steadfast determination ensures a high level of client satisfaction. From the first meeting with potential homebuyers, she and her team remain laser focused on the client’s needs. A collaborative work environment makes it possible for members of her team to work together, discussing issues as they arise and finding solutions. “Our ability to be light on our feet provides clients with the resources and support needed to create a positive outcome and experience.”
Sibley prides herself on the relationships she has forged with her clients over the years. “When a first-time homebuyer opens the door to their new home, it’s the promise of a new journey, new memories, and a life well lived.”
