DESCRIPTION:Join us for a calming Sound Healing experience at Emerald Yoga Studio on Friday May 1st from 5:30–6:45 PM.\nSound healing uses vibration and tone to support the nervous system\, helping the body shift out of stress and into a state of rest and balance. This can support relaxation\, emotional release\, improved sleep\, and a quieter mind.\nDuring this 75-minute session\, Sara will guide the experience using sound bowls\, chimes\, drums\, tuning forks\, and more. You’ll lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive the sounds. No movement or prior experience is required.\nThis experience is accessible to all and especially supportive if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed\, tense\, or in need of deep rest.\nSpace is limited to maintain a calm\, supportive environment. Pre-registration is required.\nCome as you are.
