CEO/Owner of Powell Studio 781-421-6544
From nursing to nurturing beauty, Jennifer Powell, the owner of Powell Studio in Hanover, has always had a passion for helping people feel their best. Since opening the doors of her boutique-style medical aesthetics spa in 2015, her business has become a premier destination for both men and women looking to enhance their natural radiance.
With over two decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, Jennifer’s career trajectory has been nothing short of remarkable. She previously worked in a range of medical settings, including neurology, neonatal ICU and emergency rooms. She also became a certified sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE) and later went on to serve as the Central MA SANE Regional Coordinator. Fueled by her desire to help empower women, Jennifer set her sights on opening her own business.
“I’ve always been driven to learn and grow, so entrepreneurship felt very natural,” Jennifer explains. “I love that at Powell Studio, I still get to be present and care for people like I did in the hospital setting, but now I can help them look and feel their very best.”
Specializing in medical aesthetics services, the team at Powell Studio strives to provide patients with a VIP experience. Personalized consultations ensure that each individual’s unique needs and aspirations are thoroughly understood. “We only offer services that we believe in and know will give the desired results to our clients,” she says. “Our treatments and less-is-more approach leave clients feeling knowledgeable and confident about how they look, and that is our favorite kind of self-care.”
Outside of work, Jennifer is always looking for ways to further her knowledge. She is currently enrolled in Purdue Global University’s online program to get her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also cherishes her role as a mother to five children. “I feel grateful that my path has allowed me to prioritize self-care, leaving the space in my life to be 100 percent present with my amazing friends and family and enjoy every little moment that is so precious.”
