A lifelong Scituate resident, Tricia Duffey knows the main streets and back roads of her hometown better than almost anyone. Her extensive knowledge of the South Shore community has proven to be a valuable asset throughout her 18 year real estate career. A sales associate at Jack Conway for the last three years, she is known for her down-to-earth nature and excellent customer service. Her unwavering pursuit of excellence also led her to become a member of the Jack Conway Ambassador’s Club, an impressive designation bestowed upon the top two percent of sales agents.

Duffey is dedicated to educating her clients and fostering a sense of partnership so that buyers feel more confident navigating the often complicated homebuying process. “I assure my clients that they have a professional to guide them,” says Duffey. “My knowledge of the market helps them feel confident that they are finding the best home in their price range in the very best location.”

Whether working with first-time homebuyers, young families, or people who are ready to downsize, Duffey is committed to helping her clients find a home that suits their needs. “Many of my clients say that I became their newest friend in town and that really makes me happy,” says Duffey. “For me, that’s what it is all about. I want my clients to feel like the process was seamless, pleasant and smooth, which is no easy task in real estate!”

Being part of a family-owned real estate business like Jack Conway has also helped Duffey provide top level service to her clients. “Jack Conway is entrenched in the community and if I need anything, I just go there and get it done. I have complete control, from start to finish.”

When the time came for Duffey to settle down and raise her own family, she  knew the South Shore was exactly where she wanted to be. “I have family and friends that moved away and each time they come back they talk about how beautiful it is and how much they miss it,” says Tricia. “I love to wake up and smell the sea air. I feel blessed to live here.”
