Virta is a top-producing agent on the South Shore who possesses an in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market as well as new home construction industry. In fact, she was involved in the design and sale of more than 200 homes at Indian Pond Estates in Kingston. “Right now, it’s a seller’s market due to lack of inventory, so it’s a great time to sell, but I see a slow shift happening,” says Virta. “My best advice to sellers is to listen to your realtor because the highest price may not be your best offer.”
A proud mother of three and grandmother to seven, Virta is what you would call a “people person,” and takes the time to get to know each of her clients by listening to their ideas, questions and concerns. “I love meeting new people and helping them with their homebuying adventure,” says Virta, who often develops lasting friendships along the way.
Much of Virta’s new business comes from referrals and she feels honored whenever a clients trusts her to provide excellent service to their friends and family members. “I treat each person like they are a ‘forever’ client,” says Virta. “It’s such a big decision to buy or sell a home, but my clients know they can count on me.”
