Mini-Retreat for Meditation and Mindfulness

$110Think you can’t meditate? This calming mini-retreat is designed to help you explore meditation in a way that feels natural and approachable.
Together, we’ll try different techniques, from moving, loving kindness, and visualization meditations to creative practices like coloring or building with Legos, which can also be meditative.
You’ll have time to reflect on your past experiences with mindfulness, share insights in a supportive group, and discover new ways to connect with your inner calm.
We’ll incorporate light stretching and breathing exercises to keep your body comfortable as we practice different meditation techniques. Additionally, we’ll explore simple tools like mudras, mantras, and habit trackers to help you integrate meditation into your routine.
This retreat is a space to try something new, connect with others, and leave with practical techniques that fit your lifestyle. You don’t need prior experience—just curiosity and an open mind.
