Sound Healing

Join us for a deeply calming Sound Healing experience at Emerald Yoga Studio on Friday, March 20th from 5:30-6:45 PM.
Sound healing works through vibration and frequency, helping guide the nervous system out of stress mode and into a state of rest and balance. This can support relaxation, emotional release, improved sleep, and a quieter mind.
During this 75-minute session, Sara will guide the experience using sound bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and more. You’ll lie down or sit comfortably and simply receive the sounds. No movement or prior experience is needed.
This experience is accessible to all and especially supportive if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, or in need of deep rest.
Space is limited to maintain a calm, supportive environment. Pre-registration is required.
