💎 You’ll start with a warm welcome to the world of sound healing, setting goals for what you hope to achieve. Next, you’ll ease into some gentle exercises to relax both your body and mind. You’ll learn about the basics of sound healing and the tools we use, like singing bowls and tuning forks.
Then, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation, followed by a sound bath that uses these tools to help you find peace. We’ll wrap up with a moment to reflect on your experience, helping you carry this sense of calm with you.
