Tobi Baker-Daigle and Christine McMackin have a shared passion for making women look and feel beautiful. Both women have worked in the medical aesthetics field for over a decade. McMackin is a certified family nurse practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Baker-Daigle is a highly-specialized Cosmetic Registered Nurse Injector. In November of 2018, the two friends decided to take a leap of faith and established New England Skin Center in Weymouth.
Serving the Greater Boston and South Shore region, the intimate, luxury medical spa designed to offer an inviting, judgement-free atmosphere where mothers, wives and business owners can come for self-care and a confidence boost. The team’s highly skilled practitioners take a holistic approach to beauty, specializing in non-surgical treatments that restore and enhance an individual’s natural beauty.
While other medical spas have strict kid-free policies, Baker-Daigle and McMackin understand that arranging childcare isn’t always easy and allow parents to have their children hang out on a couch with coloring books. They continually attend industry conferences to stay on the cutting edge of innovative products and procedures. Being able to empower their clients is their greatest reward. “We want everyone to love the skin they’re in,” says McMackin, who also takes pride in supporting other local women in business. “When you put women together, the beauty that we can create is unstoppable.”
