The team behind Island Creek Oysters has launched their third hospitality concept, The Winsor House at Island Creek Oyster Farm in Duxbury. This newly renovated rustic fish house offers a contemporary farm-to-table concept and celebrates the shellfish farm, aquaculture, and its role in the future of coastal communities. Owner Skip Bennett collaborated with Chef Jeff Whitmore (The Hourly, Wynn Resorts, Straight Wharf Nantucket), consulting Chef Cosmo Goss (Gramercy Tavern, The Publican) and beverage director Dave Cagle (The Automatic, B-Side Lounge) at The Winsor House to deliver unique flavor profiles using exemplary ingredients.

There’s live music every Saturday night, trivia on Tuesdays, as well as frequent special events, including paint nights for kids, which cater to the whole family.
